Enjoy the chips, and don't forget to send me a couple pics of them all cleaned up (and in use). I'm very interested to know if the color variations were mostly dirt/grime, or actual Paulson clay differences. Enjoy!

@inca911 Chips arrived safe and sound. Wish I could leave feedback as they were wrapped very well. I greatly appreciate you going through all the work for me and the PCF community. Kudos sir!!

@inca911, thanks. They arrived today and were in great shape. Here is a quick picture of them meeting their new family.

Glad to see them arriving! Final shipment on the way to Dumfries:

Got mine today...Forrest is the man! Excellent pack job. Couldn't be happier with the chips. Snapped a few pics of them with some other chips I got. Cleaned one of the dirty chips. It's very hard to tell if there is actually a difference in clay color. Very subtle. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks again @inca911. If anyone knows what the spot color is on the private cardroom/world top hat & cane or the par-a-dice roulette, let me know.

Trying to figure out what was originally underneath these over stamps is kinda fun. So far I've found "WBH", cherries & a .50 stamp with writing around it. Still working on trying to figure out what it said. More than likely a cardroom or casino. Anyone else find anything interesting?

Got my chips and they are great. I cleaned the peach chips and think they are just slight variations in color, not different colors.

I had a hard time sorting out a particular different color, but the bottom left barrel contains 16 of the darkest chips I could pull out.

I tried to take a picture with the chips next to each other but in the picture the difference is so slight you couldn't see it.

Thanks again

Yup, those look like mine. Lots of minor variations, both in shade and diameter, but almost certainly all peach.

After milling & removing the over stamp (which will be shipped off to @Gear ), I noticed one of the .50 chips came from the Silver Saddle Casino in Cudahy, CA. http://www.themogh.org/cg_chip2.php?id=cacuss Looks like The Chip Guide doesn't have a scan. Interesting. Wonder what the story is on these. Maybe they were rejected by the casino and sent back to Paulson. Also can make out "No Cash Value" underneath one of them. Pretty cool.

Edit - After reading the chip guide descriptions of the chips, it looks like the solid colors were temporary chips. So I'm assuming all the solid temp chips were sent back to Paulson, who subsequently over stamped them. Possibly sold in the old Paulson retail stores. Circa 1987.
