OK, pretty sure the prize pool will consist of the following.
- Regional Winners (Final Four participants) - NUTS tournament sample set plus 3 dealer buttons. 1st place overall will get first choice of DBs, 2nd place gets their choice of what is left, and so on.
- Regional Losers - NUTS dealer button
- I also have some consolation prizes that will go to randomly selected players who didn‘t win any of the above prizes.
One for fat reptile characters? If so, I have a shot.

I just spoke with the tournament director (aka my son), and we will begin recording the matches today. Eight matches per day will be posted, so we should have Round 1 completed and posted over the next four days!

Well, shoot. Day 1 and I'm already behind schedule. My son decided to watch the original "Vacation" movie with his mother last night, and went straight to bed afterward. Today he woke up and went straight to volunteer at the summer lunch program with his sister. Can't really blame him for either.
