A few more pics from Saturday! The wife took these. The nice thing about two BWCs, is two B-day cakes! Also, here is a pic of me in the pre-tourney cash game. The cat just came right up, and curled up in my lap while I was playing.

Wow! That's a hell of a cake. Also looks delicious!

What a great time!
Thanks! It definitely was! I had 19 players for the tourney, which is the most ever for me (in all the apts and homes that I've hosted in). Only one cancelled, and a bunch a people committed last minute (which is normally opposite of what happens)
Things were crowded around both my little tables for a while, but it worked and everyone told me they had a good time. I even had two cash tables running pre-tourney, which is also unusual for me.

Sorry, I wasn't planning on getting the fight, but so many asked about it middle of last week, I decided to go ahead and add it in. Next time, I'll just make plans to get it from the beginning.

Thanks! My friend and I built it, and I had the felt custom designed. It matches the chips very well!

Do you have anymore pictures of it? It really is complemented by the chips, too. I'll get around to making one soon, but first I need to make sure I have a solid game running.

Hey Andy, I forgot to mention that cake. I mean wow! Was that from a special bakery or does your local King Sooper's have someone with skills? The cake sides are fantastic.

Mulberries Cake Shop on Colfax, just west of City Park. They did our wedding cakes. The one for my B-day was chocolate, with cherry filling, and chocolate fudge frosting.:)

My new favorite chipper. Awesome table. Awesome Chips. Awesome Shoes!
How much were those shoes? Id like to have some of those
The Grand Casinos are the Holy Grail of Chips. Tring to get BG to sell his to me CHEAP lol.

Sometimes it's just not your day. Left my phone at home this morning, was late to work, and just never got on track all day. Thought I might run better tonight playing cards. First hand of the night, I get pocket Aces. They're not better than pocket sixes. Over the next hour, get kings and aces again, only to get smashed by flopped sets. Variance was not my friend tonight.:cautious:

Nothing like getting chips in the mail on Friday! Finally, tracked down a chip that I've been trying to acquire for a while; 1st ed NYNY $100! This by far, is my favorite Paulson spot pattern!

Blinds 3K/6K, wake up on the button with pocket Kings. SB All-in, BB All-in. I call. SB turns over pocket Aces, SB turn over pocket Kings, and all my outs. Pocket Aces scoops, 9 left in the tourney. On to cash!
