Degens gonna degen.
So here's the good news:
A big chunk of these are mint, and the ones that aren't are still super sharp. Once I've put them through my new ultrasonic (arriving tomorrow), I suspect they'll be very tough to distinguish from the mint chips.
The bad news:
The second box (of course, the one with all the high denom chips and the rest of my $5s) did not arrive. Tracking shows that it was delivered to SLC at the exact same time as this box, but is still in transit from SLC. Yeah, yeah, I know that they'll almost certainly arrive tomorrow or the next day, but it always makes me nervous when multiple packages are shipped together and they don't arrive together.

The second pic is one of the few I've seen that truly captures the awesomeness of what these fives look like in person. Nice!
The whole lineup is hot. Even with the $25 being the dud, my guys loved it. Called it the "Easter Egg" chip and eventually settled on calling the "The Mardi Gras" chip.

I'm just gonna keep telling myself that I didn't need this chips........ hopefully it will make me feel better.........
Orrrrrrr.... buy some at the next sale of primary chips.
Before the sale, I was certain that the sec. $1k was the stand-out of the bunch. Now that I've seen all the pr0n, I dare say that the prim. $1k outshines it once cleaned up. The prim. $5s also most definitely appear to live up to all the hype, and then some!

I thought they were all sold out? Were some reserved for a second sale like the HSI cash sets?
The ones sold in this sale were the reserve chips so they saw less play and will be in better condition. The ones upcoming are chips from the tables and will show more wear and there will be significantly less of them available.

I think they sold out of the first batch. I think I heard there were more barrels of chips left.
2.5 barrels of primary chips from $1 - $5k that had more use than the first sale. No date set yet that I have seen.

I actually really like them in that lineup. Maybe change out the $100 for one with smaller spots to match the $25 and $500. But those $500’s look better than the ones from the set imo
