These DBs are slightly over 68mm, or slightly under 2.7”, so just go with something under that and it will work.

I decided to be smart. I used a 65mm acrylic DB as a guide, and traced it using an Xacto knife. Looks much better now. Still not perfect. But better. Maybe I'm pressing the knife into the sticker too hard.

Sticker Mule - my stickers were actually slightly larger than the dealer button, so I had to cut around the edges of the design. I might have to re-do it because it's pretty sloppy work.

Another chip in my "own a few affordable examples of the best chips EVER in each color" quest arrived recently. Gave it a clean with some Fels Naptha, gave it a dose of mineral oil, and man, this thing POPs. Definitely definitely one of the best pink chips ever to grace the halls of a casino.
