This says that the box holds anything with an outside diameter of 45.7mm so I think yes. All of my cappers have the air tites with the foam ring too. I think the 41mm limit is the size of the coin or the chip inside the holders.

I ended up purchasing dozens more 39mm air tites without the rings so they can fit in this 40mm slot. That means I have a few dozen 39mm with foam rings I may be letting go of.

When I saw this busted box I became nervous

But was relieved to see that all of the chips were in perfect condition. There's something extremely satisfying about transferring a couple hundred crisp chips to racks

The plan now is to build a solid hot stamp THC cash set using these and some hot pink starbursts I have. I'm thinking some mint green 25s would go well with this, just not sure about the other denominations yet.

After seeing these next to flamingos I'm fairly certain these are day blue, which is an awesome cherry on top.

Thanks to @jja412 for selling these to me and doing a great job packing/shipping them, and thanks to @Thomacetti for being an awesome guy and letting me have dibs on these after I was indecisive.

Thanks for the positive comments. I'm still perfecting how to make these.
I will post an in depth how to later on.
Short version :
Make a thin disc out of epoxy resin.
Apply vinyl logo / emblem / whatever.
Add a domed layer of resin over the top on either side.
The rest is adding coloring, chip debris, sparkles, or whatever else you want.
Takes a bit of time, and is not very cost efficient. I've probably spent $150 on resin, sparkles, alcohol ink, molds, a respirator, etc.
But I am starting to like my results.
