Happily minding my business at work on a beautiful remote mountaintop over an hour from home. Email chimes with a new message. It's from the office manager back in town.

"Small box that weighs a ton arrived signature required. It’s in your office."

Checks current status of eBay shipments. Nothing expected anytime soon. Also, puzzled by the "small box that weighs a ton". I fire back a message asking who it's from, but don't get a response until the next day as it's after business hours.

The next afternoon as I'm checking my 'morning' email I see the reply.

"David Spragg - Classic Poker Chips"

WHAT THE EVER-LOVING WHAT??

Either a tracking number got sucked up by a spam filter (not likely as I check my spam daily) or the number was never sent. Still, knowing a CPC box of goodies is waiting for me very nearly had me make the three hour round trip to get the box, but patience prevailed.

"What's in the BOX!!!"

Oh look, more boxes.

Including the most adorable baby box!


And the goodies:

Proper pr0n (and a little bit of the backstory on these) to come once these get cleaned and oiled. I was already targeting next week for the first post-COVID poker night and it looks like these might get their premiere then.

In my mind, I didn't expect these for another month or two, and seeing how few SCrown orders have popped up here recently, I figured these were definitely down the road between the late order near the cutoff. I'm super tickled they're here!

Although I received chips in the mail, I was more excited about this storage box to fit my samples, cappers that are in air-tites.

I just figured this was a tackle box... But those are probably not tall enough to fit airtites standing up.
