Their services are worse than USPS based on my experience with them in two different states.

FedEx > USPS > UPS

All 3 lose packages occasionally though. I’m judging based on if they leave delivery notices or not, are they friendly, and the condition of the items I receive.

You’ll have to get a license by the state like a lawyer and claim they charge a lot because they are licensed professionals like lawyers, doctors, and etc. Most have Masters and above plus whatever industry experience they’re serving.

I really want to get a job that pays more than being a food server in SoCal, so I can play poker.

Sorry to hear about your struggles @greenchip . Would you be willing to relocate? Sometimes the job market is oversaturated in some areas but someone with your skill set may be needed elsewhere and pay better.

I’ll bet money at significantly long odds that it’s not the job market or location that’s the issue here.
 
@JMC9389 depends on the state.

Weatherwise, cold is ok but too hot like Vegas is not ok. CA is ok and yes it's very competitive.

Not the state I went to college for or states you'll have to take a flight to go to a casino like AK or HI.
 
Laser ship is by far the worst. I don't see them here in CA though.

I always had months of stocks of water, toilet paper, and etc in canes of earthquake or terrorists cutting life lines. Even now too in case of emergency.

Yeah back in college I only had time in the beginning of the semester to load up for 3 months worth of stuff. I was way too busy to the point I could only make to grocery stores once or month or less, ignoring all girls and sporting events.

Knew about PCF back in college but I knew I’ll be addicted and mess my busy life, so I didn’t join until I graduate and was a right choice.

Hey, can somebody tell this person to contact me if they are really looking for a job?
I’m serious here, our village is looking for an engineer and a couple other spots that need some engineering knowledge.
I think from comments they have made that they might fit in ok with where they are in life and give them a place/chance to start somewhere without a lot of baggage if they choose.
But I’m mean so I think I’m blocked. But I’d help if I could.

I mean cases of bottled water whenever I want to bring out to like classes/work, which was like a few bottles per week.

Drink regular tap water at home, so it's not a massive load than you think. Will fit in the back seat of a sedan.

Toilet paper was overbought again during the CA hurricane a month ago, which wasn't bad at all in SoCal. I didn't overbuy because I didn't need to.

Now I feel like I should've become friends with for networking purposes, which might've given me great opportunities.

Hey dude, hes saying you're making the stories up.

Those are really weird, sexist things to say. We're less worried about the networking and more just worried about you, have these been a tough few days? Dont hyper fixate on college or what you didnt get out of it, you're young and have time.

Yeah exactly it’s sexiest that’s why I said it’s BS. I did it to repel girls, thought that was a way to reduce distractions.

I’m basically feeling stuck in my life because of my college degree from a few years ago sticking forever like a felony record, so I can’t get a TJ Maxx or fashion retailer jobs I want. I have interest in working there. No interviews even resume revised for these jobs.

I literally feel I’m stuck with what I hate to do. I’m screwed up now because I have to hire an expensive career coach to help me give career advice, so I can finally pay my bill by getting a job in the field I hate. My smiles ceased since then.

We've had this conversation before though: its not like a career coach is going to be some silver bullet. Can you PM me your applications to some place like TJ Maxx? I find it very hard to believe an engineering degree is precluding you from these jobs.

Not going to reply any further on this thread, this exact convo has happened too many times.
