It wasn’t gemetria, the idiot looked at Vegas lines and took the most likely.

Anyway, he apparently got banned so if this is what it takes it’s money well spent, lololol.

I know we can see that date logically from statistics and modeling . I think we can also all see that logic had gotten thrown out the window.
I was sure looking forward to the epic post if he did hit on 2/9 though…

Appears it was a temp ban and he’ll be reinstated at the end of the month.

On the plus side after not changing back after a few power offs I pulled and reset all related fuses and it came back fine.

One theory I have is that the battery is low due to less use (working from home and son was sick so didnt go to sports activities), and low voltage can apparrently cause this.

Hoping this is a one off, otherwise it seems like it will be a PITA to track down or expensive fix or both.

OTC meds for pain that is not working for me. I tried them all. :(

I've taken Dilaudid when I was in the hospital a few years ago for a very serious issue. Felt like someone was stabbing me in the stomach. The Dilaudid was instant pain relief. I refused the last dose because the pain was gone after 2 days. Nurse kept insisting that I should take it as it was already "ordered." :rolleyes: I told her no thanks; I don't need it.

I've taken Oxycodone when had impacted wisdom teeth removed. Other than those two times I've never taken any other prescription pain meds.

You hear all these stories of people getting addicted to these prescription pain meds. It makes me hesitant to call my doctor to tell him that the OTC stuff is not helping, and I need something that is going to work.

Have your PCP refer you to a pain management specialist. There are things they can try without jumping to narcotics. Feel free to PM if you need help walking through things. Good luck!

Completely understand that last part about the scary stories, they can and do ruin lives, but they can also help get yours back on track. My problem was momentum; bad shoulder led to me favoring the other and lots of pain. Those meds were powerful and let me get myself back into alignment. Like @JMC9389 we are understanding more and more of how to safely manage these situations, just don't want you dying on us to avoid the prescriptions.

I had such pain from a tooth last year that my dentist actually gave me Vicodin. I was surprised and excited because I think that’s the first “real” painkiller I’d be proscribed since like Percocet in the 90s.
Anyway, the Vicodin was supposed to make nighttime pleasant. Nope - it filled me with so much anxiety and paranoia that I was 50/50 that I’d actually be stabbed in my bed by a killer.
Getting old sucks.

That's what I'm doing now, favoring one leg because of the pain in the other. I hate steps and walking at the moment.

Ah, Ive been in that boat and it sucks. My honest advice (not a doctor, just a perpetually hurt judo/wrestler) is to talk with your doctor and take the meds. They'll allow your body to safely build that strength back up so both sides of you can function. If you keep favoring it'll hurt your back and hips and wear your body down faster, looking at knee/hip problems down the road and then both legs hurt!

None of this is medical advice, your doctor will know much more than me, just my experience.
 
Card molds going for $0.73 per chip to a brand new member still on the waiting list. Plus its done over PM, not even in the thread. They're not even supposed to be buying/selling in Classifieds at that point.

EDIT: Not a new member, just doesn't post much, my fault.

I don't have a dog in the fight, but this member joined March 24, 2022... which was before you joined. They just don't post much.

1. Didn’t buy the card molds for $0.73 a chip, promise. May have still overpaid a bit, but I think I got them for a reasonable price. Curious what you think I should’ve paid…
2. Long time lurker, just paid my dues though because I’ve learned a lot on this forum recently. Did it via PM because hadn’t unlocked classifieds yet.

This was from a couple years ago, but the cards mold prices are very similar to back then. About the same number of chips at less than 30c each. And some of these are oversized cards mold chips.
