Ahh, reminds of the birthday party I had ten years or so ago. It was „all you can fry“. We had a pro deep fryer and everyone brought what they wanted to deep fry. One of the best parties of all times!

Little league umpires miss plays, have bad days, but do their best. Parents, coaches, and kids berating them, yelling, and screaming is ridiculous, and complete bullshit
A good friend of mine has refereed soccer for the kids for several years. I don't know how he does it.
The kids can get upset with a call in the heat of the moment, but parents and coaches that do it need to get a life.
I will admit when watching high school sports and I see a bad call, I'll often let out an "Oh!" or "Aw!." And honest reaction by an excited fan. But it ends there. I'll hear other parents shouting "bad call" or worse. I would never do that because it's bullshit.

I've done quite a bit of refereeing myself. One thing I really would have loved to do is boo and criticize the athletes whenever they made some kind of mistake. Of course I didn't, but it would've been awesome! For me, at least...
