not happy about these amazing looking cocktails ..... WITH NO RECIPE !!
Why does an NSA glass of bourbon both amuse and frighten me?

I'd take the cocktail, but I meant I need the glass. It was that kind of Wednesday
I may know a guy…I'd take the cocktail, but I meant I need the glass.
Boulevardier is a top 10 cocktail in my book! Kudos if you can pronounce it correctly...Nice 70 degree October day in MI. Turning on the grill and having a boulevardier. Used to do a lot of Negronis, but I think I prefer this.

My oldest just turned 18, and as promised I'm with her tonight while she gets some piercings. Nothing crazy, nose and industrial. This went better than expected
Started off following @detroitdad recipe for the Lemon Martini
Delicious. Nice one Bill

Then things took a twist
Decided to follow the exact recipe except use 4 Roses instead of vodka.
Even used the unmelted ice in the same glass and sugared rim ( half consumed )
Wowza. Amazing.

This recipe scales up to a pitcher frighteningly easily. This might be my official SQM drink
What's this one?I skipped the sugared rim because I was afraid it might be too sweet. Wrong - the sweetness is just right for me. This is basically a whiskey margarita, and it really works.
Of course, the only option was the Bourbon Club tumbler.

It's @MatB's variation on @detroitdad's lemon martini.What's this one?
2 ounces of vodka
3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 ounce of cointreau
1/2 ounce of simple syrup (I make mine using unfiltered cane sugar)
couple of dashes of orange bitters
Shake, and serve in a chilled glass.
Rim is sugar and lemon zest.
I should also note that I stirred rather than shaking.
I know, I know - it's got citrus. But generally, if I'm not putting dairy or egg white in the cocktail, I almost always just stir it.
