No newsletter, I submitted my artwork files the other week and just asked David for a rough timeline on production. As others have mentioned, the production dates are never exact.

CSQ is definitely cut-off. I was originally told cut-off was end of Dec for chips and end of Jan for artwork.

When in doubt, just shoot David an email. He’s usually extremely quick to respond.

Hmmm.

@David Spragg told me that if my chips weren't done by the time he estimated....I'd get them for free. That's the reason I ordered instantly....to get the clock running ASAP.

He didn't tell you that!?

Anybody know about where in the rotation scrown might be? And more importantly, does anyone have a set waiting with unused denoms (every 100 chips allows for a different chip) and would let me piggy back on their order? Looking to get about 60-70 chips

I asked David 3 weeks ago about scrown and he said “a long time away still”. It just ran so it’s probably not even on the radar.

I'm looking for 200ish, min order is 300, once we get closer touch base, I think its about 12 to 14 months out
 
These three posts ^^^ half answered a question I was rattling in my head. I try to future-proof my sets, but realize after the fact that I whiffed that just a bit with my Devil's Nest set. They're fine, but I'd feel a little more comfortable with 100 more $5 chips (technically the 500 cenz). I was going to ask if anyone had a set in the queue they'd be willing to tack on a rack of chips, but that might be a request once the day gets a bit closer knowing we're over a year out.

Have any of you talked to David about this issue? It seems to say on the website that the 300 chip minimum is not hard and fast for reorders.

I did for my anniversary chips for my Arizona Club set, and he OK'ed those, but it was a 200 chip order, so most of a full order and had very simple L1 spots.

I don't know how he'd react to 100 chips, but might be worth the question as we get a bit closer to the mold going in.
 
I have to email David, but before I do, anyone hear scroll timetable? If not, I’ll email.

Hey, all. I have my first CPC order in now for a CSQ set. I’m sure I’m missing something and am tricking myself into being too excited too early, but if FDL “should start in 2 months or less”, does that mean that the CSQ run would be finished by then? Meaning that all CSQ orders (like mine! ) could be shipped out in April?!?

Edit: Just read @Felt_Lizard’s post that FDL and/or Scrown might be up before CSQ. Last I had talked to David, I thought he said that plain and CSQ were up after jockey and that the CSQ run would be starting around April-ish. Sounds like I may have outdated info and maybe CSQ is behind FDL …

I'm in a similar position, expecting CSQ after Jockey but I know things change depending on numbers of orders etc. I expected 6 months when I submitted the order in October, so April would make sense as well.

I've started buying $1k chips again to get my fix, they need to hurry up! :ROFL: :ROFLMAO: cannot wait to start cleaning and oiling!
