David is amazing at getting back to us and extremely helpful with everything. Goes out of his way to keep us informed when we email but I do wish there was a better public notification system for when molds might go in. I know it can always change because of XYZ variables but would be very helpful for us rather than constantly posting in here trying to put a puzzle together by hearing what each individual email to David says.
His customer service is excellent. I have sent him a monthly email for the last 8 months. He answered every single one of them within a few hours.
