Whenever we print our custom felts, we have to pull 4' of fabric at the front of the roll, and leave 4' of fabric at the end of the roll to keep evenly distributed tension across the fabric to prevent wrinkles. Anything we print on those 4' is at risk of being ruined. So, we usually just leave it blank, but find that it's quite a waste.

So instead, we printed some art drawings and mounted them to some wood frames to make some roughly 10"x14" wall art. I've got a small bunch made of a few different photos. Some distressed cards and some other random images.

$30 USD each plus shipping.

You might also notice the giant PCA chip underneath the artwork. It has the wrong mold, but pretty cool too.

If anyone is interested in getting some framed wall art made, or giant poker chips produced, let me know. For the poker chip, it would like be a DIY project. We would cut the chip, but you paint it. We could do a single paint color, then you could paint the accents yourself. We have time to cut this stuff, but not really the time to do the intricate painting required. We could possibly do 2 colors, where we pre-paint the MDF, then apply a masking, cut out the accent pieces and paint those areas and then remove the masking. But anything beyond that, we won't do.

Custom signs of any kind can be done. Played around with our logo, same artwork that was on my trailer. Needs some fine tuning, lost the stem on the maple leaf.

I forgot to mention, we can also do vinyl decals to simulate inlays. These are 2 pieces. A single sheet of 3/8" for the rear of the chip, then another 3/8" layer with the mold cut out. The "inlay" is applied, then the top ring goes on top.

@Sway is currently working on one for himself which is very cool. https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/the-big-top-hat-cane-chip-build.122672/post-2536918 to give you an idea of what it would look like when it's painted and finished.

ball park, what kind of pricing would a giant chip run painted single color?

Excellent question, which I probably should have thought about...

Ballpark... About tree fiddy.

But yeah, actually $350 CAD or $260 USD I think is probably about right. Adding the decal for the inlay would be extra, which is something that @Gear could certainly produce. Fortunately I believe he *might* have a few artwork files already.

I don't recall the exact diameter, I made these in 2016. But likely around 24". The size is customizable of course, up to a certain point. I think anything over 30" would cost extra. The Chanman logo and the PCA chip are larger. I have both of those at the shop still, so I will measure them up.

Yup, if you have had labels printed by us in the past, we can scale it up.
Price is determined by final size.
Setup fee may apply if you are supplying custom artwork we have not printed before.

Our max diameter is 18.5" (width limit of our printer)

email ask@gearlabels.com to get details and lead times.

The PCA and Chanman pieces are 34.5" diameter.

We painted the Chanman piece a while ago just quick and dirty with leftover paints we had lying around.

I currently have it hanging at the top of my stairs when walking up to the staff room. Alongside some custom made artwork that was painted for me. The King has my logo in the middle. Haven't found the time to properly hang it yet.
