I imagine if they made a sitcom the owner would be looking at the computer and then start putting white-out on the screen, lol

I'm not far from that here. We are well stocked with whiteout, though as far as I know it's never been applied to a screen.

However, the number of times I've watched my dad print out a PDF attachment from an email just so he could immediately scan it back into his computer and reattached it to different email is too damn high.

It's the engine control room for the ship I work on.

Buttons control all the engine room equipment. There is alot more than pictured.

I havent forgotten. Gotta try and set something up for the summer time though. They usually dont let people ride in the fall/ winter. PM me in the spring/summer and I will see if I can set something up.

That is so cool. I really get a kick out of massive marine engine rooms. Going down there when the engines are going full boar is a cool experience.

The company I work for makes large filter units for the engine lube oil sumps and fuel systems.

The only navy vessels I've spend any significant time aboard were Virginia and Connecticut class submarines. Let's just say they lack space, especially when they're loaded with almost twice as many people as they typically carry. I literally slept in the torpedo rack

Molokini and Kahoolawe is in the background, molokini is the tiny crescent island right in front, Kahoolawe you cannot go on, there’s still active bombs from when the US tested, I will be going there in a month for work
