And to add to it; What did you do with the money? Recycle it back into cards, invest it, buy yourself or someone something nice, pay some bills? LOL

In a 25c/50c game I won a little over 650 in about 2 hours. Did close to that at a casino playing aboug 5 hours of 2/4 limit which was brutal. Playing 1/2 NLHE I did about 1100 one time and 1200 another after 3-4 hours.

Otherwise normally its like 100-150 for my personal home game

As a function of blinds, my biggest loss ever was a couple weekends ago at SQM, when I lost 2150bb in a 16 hour session of .25/.50 PL. My biggest win ever was also at SQM (2018), winning 1600bb in a 13 hour session of the same game.

Dollar-wise, I don't remember the exact amounts but I've had a couple of $2500ish wins back when I used to play $500 max 2/5NL pretty regularly.

Biggest tournament cash was $900: 3rd out of 45 in a $125 Vegas tourney several years ago. I don't play casino tourneys anymore.

Biggest winning session would be in the $3k ballpark, also my biggest loss in a single session.

2/5 NLHE - $5800 over an 18 hour session at MGM Vegas. I have had similar sessions at ARIA, but not as big, or quite as long.
3/6 LHE - $32k on a bad beat jackpot :cool
Online UB tournament back in the day - $18k on a $100 buy-in in a re-buy tournament which I did not re-buy. :ROFLMAO:

Biggest losing session at 2/5 NLHE - $2400

With the $5800, I bought my custom ASM set in 2004 (2200 chips) and my first AR-15. The other two big wins went to payoff a car loan and into my bankroll.

Tourney: $365 which was a half split between top two places at equal stack sizes - $65 buy in late night Vegas tournament, about 13 people total
Cash: $225 after 0.25/0.50 mixed NLHE and PLO

$15,000 in a NLHE tourney a few years back

40 players, around $65k prize pool (multiple rebuys and add-on), we chopped the bulk 4-way when the tourney ran very very late. Just before chopping, I went all in with one of the remaining 3 players with my AK vs. his 10 10 which he won, otherwise my part would have been at least $7 to $8k more

Best ever cash session was a thermonuclear hot $2/$5 run in the Aria where I went in at 5:00 A.M. and played for five hours until my wife texted me that she was awake. Ran $300 into $4500-ish. When my wife texted me she asked how I was doing, I responded with a pic of my stack. Her response was, “get up. You’re done.”

For tournament I had a nice hit last summer on Ignition in a MTT

Early wake up at 5 AM or never went to bed?

My wife has said that EXACT same thing when she checked in on my at ARIA. "You've won enough, you're done." I wasn't sure if the other players were relieved or pissed that I was leaving with as many racks of red and some green as I could carry.

Calculated early wake up. Only Vegas trip I ever made with the Mrs so I had to balance table time with us time. She likes to sleep in so I thought it might be lucrative to crash a table while everyone else was beat up from an all nighter. Ended up working beautifully.

I can tell you mine was pissed lol. I was taking like half of the money on the table with me

Slightly over $5K, two nights before coming home from Vietnam in 1970.

Crusty old Warrant Officer money, especially satisfying to a 23-year-old captain.

Two weeks later, those winnings paid for a brand new Alfa Romeo 1750 Spider: $4,186. The first metallic silver car I ever saw in the US, actually. I loved that car... :cool

Her response was, “I've seen your chips so now I don't care if you lose it all. Your ass is taking me to a nice restaurant and a show tonight.
FTFY.

I'm stealing this idea. My wife is usually early to bed, so when we go together, I typically drop her at the room about 10:00pm then go play for a few hours. It would probably work better if I went to sleep with her, got up early, and got my game on while I was fresh and everyone else was tired.

I leave on Sunday with the wife for Vegas and as good of an idea as this sounds seems like an impossible task. Who wants to wake up at 5am on vacation? I do that everyday. I'd rather stay up till 5am as I don't get to do that often.

Around 3k in a cash game. 2/5 nlh

22k on a bad beat jackpot. 1/3 nlh

Not much in a tourney, but havent really played all that many

You know me, I am not a morning person. I love the idea and want to try it, but realistically I'll probably slip back into my late night ways.

This is ultimately going to be my plan. The thought of the other makes me shudder...

Also to contribute to this thread:
Tournaments maybe a few hundred? I don't ever play them and in the last year haven't had any luck at the casino ones despite getting close to cashing a few times.

Cash games: Over 5 figures. Again don't recall the exact amount, but was closer to 10k then 100k. Playing 30/60 LHE HU.
