Windwalker on Hustler Casino Live?!?!?!?!?!? (9 Viewers)

I still think you are way too timid with your made hands in a lot of river spots.

And those donk river bluffs are still getting you into trouble as well. You ran into the top of people's ranges with them today, but they haven't worked even against medium strength hands.

Definitely improving though.

Wanted to scream in your face when you didn't raise that straight against Berkey earlier, but that 109 hand was well played.

Here is the exact moment you crushed his soul lol

FYI - Bart made a comment in your ace 10 hand that you seem to have a tendency to raise your top pair hands on the flop a lot. You were against aces and check raised on the flop. He called it out right before you did it. Something to think about and keep in mind.

Missed the last bit of stream but seems like you finished well!

Using a time chip only to raise is an angle shoot. Change my mind.
On the river with the nuts, sure.

When the unconventional player put on a 10x button straddle, then 3 bets you from that straddle, it’s a high $ spot and also a little weird of a spot.

He did end up going nearly 5x on the 4 bet

In some instances I guess so. I was more talking about the specific hand that Gal looked down at aces. Surely there's no need for a time chip when deciding to flat or three bet there?

That’s the one…it was a 4bet against mikki who 3 bet his button straddle. He might have honestly been taking an extra minute to decide about sizing

I fell asleep and didn't get to see what happened the last couple hours, would appreciate a recap if someone doesn't mind.

Always rooting for you as I'm watching, Krish. Congrats on getting to play with Ivey too!

I really enjoyed the stream. Once Phil left, the table got a little more chatty. Everyone seemed like class acts. Even when Mikki lost big he took it like he should. Proud of Krish for being so comfortable with those crushers. Avoid those off suit hands, like the limp on the button with 65o. Get'em!

Ivey left the table as well as that Dylan guy. The producers find out later that Ivey's gonna rest and play a full day tomorrow with Durrrr. Dylan ended up at the Lakers game and ended up getting kicked out of the game or an altercation with a player. https://streamable.com/8nwgk3

Mikki loses most of his winnings, a lot of it to Krish. Krish wins a big pot from Gal. The last hour is the Krish show. :)

Berkey goes on a tear. There's a huge call he makes on the river vs Gal.

Berkey tends to underplay his big hands, and because the board was paired, he could have easily played KK, AA, A10 the same way. That why I didn’t raise the straight. But, as you mention above, maybe getting more aggressive on made hands is important. And I really need to stop with the donk river bluffs.

@Windwalker , planning to play again tomorrow?

Thanks for watching and all the support, folks. I was debating whether to play again today, but as a friend of mine said to me just now, it’s not even a question, given the experience.

To tell the truth, I was extremely intimidated and the minute I ended up losing some of my stack, I felt myself unable to avoid some really bad preflop hand selections, and unable to get away from hands I shouldn’t have been playing. And when the table got short-handed, it was worse, because I felt like the remaining pros just added so much pressure to every hand, it was really uncomfortable.

I’ve been trying to memorize some position charts, but my mind kinda blanked, and positional plays I’d been studying like CO vs HJ etc became meaningless when we 5 and 4 handed.

I’ve been promised a full table today. Apparently Phil lost a major sports bet last night and was distracted. Tom had a phone call, lol. Not sure what that means. But they’re both committed for today, so I’m going to try again.

If you have any advice based on watching last night, please feel free to PM me!

I would just say that you have proven you absolutely deserve to be playing at that table. Don’t let the gravity of the situation weigh on you. Just stay focused and krush. Run good man.

But yeah, I hope they manage to keep the table together. It’s not fun to watch a table with so many people in and (mostly) out of play. And I am sure it ruins your rhythm as well.

Maybe throw them for a loop with some donk river value :)

You made your profit from the short-handed portion of the session though! You crushed Mikki and nearly made Gal stick his whole stack in with an inferior draw. I'm honestly shocked he didn't get it in with you on that flop.

Hell, you pulled off a bluff check-raise against Garrett on that ten high flop. You're in your element and you know where your leaks are. If you decide to sit down again, you'll be able to pick your spots even better this time around now that you have your feet wet.

And if you don't, well, that $84(?)k profit spends just as well in the smaller streamed games too in the future!

And I really need to stop with the donk river bluffs.

I'm no expert. I mostly play .25/.50 NL with a $50 buy in. So anything I say here about your play can be taken with an eye-roll. But donk river bluffs especially with the very small sizings you were putting forth were only gonna get called or raised. Never called by less, almost always called by better. I yelled at the screen, "No, Krish!" on one of them. My wife thinks I've gone crazy.

But I still think you handled yourself with plenty of poise in what is an insanely tough table.

Your VPIP was 41%, I think the other players not named Gal or Mikki will notice that and perhaps open their ranges against you, 3-bet you light in position, things like that. So you might consider a counter-adjustment.

Yup. I would nit it up tonight.

What are the odds that Mikki shows tonight?
I know he ended up winning 8k...but he had a stunning downward spiral, and he sounded upset that he had to play shorthanded for as long as they did. I think behind the scenes the Hustler Club Live better be scrambling for damage control. With Dwan a no show, Phil deciding to leave, dude leaving to go get kicked out of the Laker game (WTF?), they better line up some backup players for tonight's stream.
