If you don't fill up by the deadline, I'll take two more spots, because, fuck it

I wonder if this has ever happened in the Main Event. The prize jumps are so high that even a premium hand would be tempted to fold with a possible elmination on the line.
Unless it was the big stack vs two relatively small stacks and really not much on the line to lose.

Don't recall it happening in the WSOP ME, but I've seen it before in a televised event.

In 24ish hours, we filled up 37 of 52 spots, with almost three quarters of the spots paid already. I expect we can sell the final 15 spots in the next month.

Once all the spots are taken, I'm gonna start booting players who haven't paid in favor of those with cash in hand... So if you haven't paid yet, you should do it sooner rather than later.

When it comes to laddering 3rd to 2nd in a large tournament, is there ever a situation that doesnt have much on the line to lose in that case?

I knows its happened, dont know if it was anywhere near correct. If Im a fellow short stack with 3 left, Im folding Jacks with a smile if the other two already shoved.

But are you shoving Jack's three-handed with two to act behind you?
Much much much more likely to, sure. In that case I don't have the information that the others both have playable hands. Puts insane pressure on the other shorty and depending on the chip distribution I'd like my chances versus big stack range.

I'll pay you on the 6th or 7th. Whenever you plan on attending my meet up
