You know you are a Chip-A-Holic when... (2 Viewers)

I ordered a 900 Cash and Single Table Tourney Custom CPC Set in December and I haven't even gotten those Chips in yet and I've already contacted my designer to design my idea for a second cash set that will go on a different mold to be run in the summer. That is not including the 400 Chip Add on I will do for my original cash set where I will add on to the 1's and 5's and add 2 new denoms at the end of the year when HHR mold runs again.
Seems quite normal and reasonable to me.

You go to the next level when you sell the set that hasn't been produced or received yet, including the add-ons, in order to design a 3rd set with a completely different theme that you like better. Extra scrub donkey points if you sell at a substantial loss.

When someone asks you, "What chips do you have/use?"

And your answer is, well I bought this set today. I have this set on the way. I just bought back this set in Fl, and just bought this one back thats in Milwuakee. I'm building this set in Indy, and I'm waiting to buy back these two sets from these two PCFers.

I have 4 sets on the way. :bag:

And a 5th that I am working on. Have the chips, but need milling, inlay design completion and Gear labels.

That’s a barrel of 43mm sunfly hybrids....! ;)
That's kid stuff. You got it bad when the conversation at the pharmacy goes like this...

Me "I'm here to pick up a prescription for Mrs Poker Zombie"
Pharmacist "Here you go"
Me Looks at regular-size, slim pill bottle. "She has problems with her hands*. Do you have a bigger bottle?"
Pharmacist "How big?"
Me Slaps a stack of chips on the counter.

;)

*Mrs Zombie does have problems with her hands. Pocket Jacks, and Q-J off-suit, mostly. I'm not lying to the pharmacist if he simply misinterprets.

I keep saying that prescription bottles are good for starting stack organization (and cheap, too), but nobody believes me. (I'm a pharmacist)

Get the ones without child proof caps, of course.

I'm not sure how to recognize this problem, I don't care for these chips and there is nothing to see or do here.

You guys are all weird!

When you see an ad for milk chocolate poker chips:

Me: Look at this, baby. Nice spot pattern, decent colors, shaped inlay. A chipper designed that shit.

Wife: It's chocolate, you fuckin weirdo

Even the colors are correct for Nevada chips. Whoever designed these chocolates is definitely a chipper.

Related: You know you are a chipaholic.....

when you bought two full sets of milk chocolate poker chips (with the included acrylic mini-racks), ate one, and still have the other set in your chip collection. :whistling:

I like the orange $1000s with the purple/blue/yellow 3TA14 spots best.

It's time to admit you have a problem. But then again if you have a wife that knows you're weird and still puts up with you, then you might not be too bad off.

As much as I try to understand this, it makes zero sense. Chocolate melts between 80 and 115 degrees F depending on its fat content and its previous exposure to heat. You would never be able to touch that chip because it would not be solid if you kept it even at your room during the summer.

Do you even chip, bro?

There are four more denoms in the complete set...

And there will likely be dirty stack issues with the $25 and $50.
