Pliny comes in cans now! I sure wish RR would distribute to Texas...
I think its a commemorative issue for the election. This is the only time I've seen them in a can. If I see more in my local store, I can send you a 4-pack if you're interested.
In Texas for the weekend - starting with Deep Ellum Manic Confidence
That's a pretty solid one. Definitely look for Kush from Community Brewing if you can find it. It's pretty limited small batch brew, but probably the best Texas made NEIPA I've ever had. Feel free to reach out to me if you want opinions on local brews.

I couldn’t find the Kush, but I have had it before. I did find some Tupps DDHIPA and some Day of the Dead juicy pale ale

I didn’t make it to the brewery, but the beer is some of the best I have found in Texas.

For a cheap but decent Mexican beer, I’m partial to Bohemia. It can be hard to find but I find it’s a step up from Modelo, Corona, and other South of the Border beers commonly found in US delis.
