I feel like Gavin has slipped a bit. I have been chasing him for 1 replacement chair for 7 months now. Even though he probably should have replaced all of the backs of my chairs because of the logo being off. He will usually reply within a day or so saying he will get back to me with tracking but then he never does. About a month ago he sent me a tracking number but when I pulled it up it was already delivered to another state and the FedEx picture of the delivery was very clear it was not a chair (very small box). I sent him that and he again said he would get back to me. The original buying experience was great. He was responsive, chairs shipped on time, I had tracking info that I could follow, etc.
I assumed being a replacement chair I am low priority or maybe he is hoping I will give up and go away. Surprised to hear he is also not communicating well on new orders.
