At the same time I see no point in escalating with a river raise that unless there is a read that it will induce a 3 bet bluff. It's unlikely to have such a read in zoom.

No I mean on zoom tables there is a option to "fold" or "fold and stay" it lets you stay to see what happened then after hand plays out it moves you along
