Nope , try and error with PayPal chart.
Yup, start off with a high number and work your way down. I usually cut the number in half if it doesn't give me a sold-out notification. So I Started with 4000, and got the sold out error. Then I went 2k and got the same error. I put in 1k and it allowed me to check out. I went back and added 500 and it still allowed it. tried 1600 and got the error. So the amount remaining is between 1500-1600.

I don't need the primary 1's, but it's a hell of deal to get mint paulsons at .60 a piece. I have a barrel that I keep at my work desk to shuffle. I just can't justify buying any since I"m trying to create a black dollar for my set.

Question about the Paulsons, how do you tell if they're leaded or not?
As somebody else said, the inlays can help, because they phased out textured and shaped inlays around the same time. But it’s not exact. There are definitely some Paulsons with textured inlays that aren’t leaded. Ditto for shaped, I assume.
Weight can help, but the weight of chips varies so much from color to color, that there are certainly no guarantees.
Many of us believe we can tell by the sound of the chips. Unleaded chips just sound a bit flatter to me.
The date the chip was manufactured can be a pretty good indicator. They started phasing lead out of Paulsons in the mid 90’s. So any Paulsons manufactured between say, 1980 and 1995 are full of lead. The dates of when they began using lead and when they stopped aren’t doing clear. You can search for it here and find a few threads about it.
Long story short - without experience, it’s hard to know for sure, like a lot of things in this hobby.

Nope. That's how it popped into my head and I just typed it, lol.. I'm trying to find some 100's that I like and turn them into 1's for a set I'm putting together.
I’m joking around. I have a lot of opinions, none of which matter.

Still curious how many IOC were available all in all. Do we have to wait for those last HSI $1a to go before we get the full count? @TheChipRoom
No more HSI 1$, i tryied to order some and no way, no disponibility before loading to paypal account.
I m pretty sur there is no more but please tell me @TheChipRoom if you still have some, thanks.

How do Chipco differ from other ceramics? Like BR poker?
They are the Paulson of ceramic chips. Don’t get any better IMO.
Why does that HSI secondary chip still have a link? Those haven’t been available for some time.
He just hasn’t closed the link.
If you check out and it shows available the it is available if not it will say sold out.

You really need to handle them to tell. And Chipco had a few different blanks, so there's no one word answer. But my response regarding BR poker is that their ceramics are as good as any and better than most. I could tell A BR poker ceramic from a Chipco with my eyes closed. But I couldn't tell you which is better - they're both top notch.

Looks like all the primary ones gone now as well. Glad I got a last order in last week.
