Cards Mold/"Tina" Alibaba Ceramics Master Consolidated Info Thread (8 Viewers)

I must have missed the dimensions for the 39mm cards mold somewhere. Can someone help me out? TYIA

You can use the Aces design files that are linked in the OP. No need to recreate the wheel there.

Ok - I’ll revisit those, but I didn’t recall a simple cut-and-dry dimension picture like the one you just posted.

Thx anyway.

There is not a dimension diagram, but the chips are already there correctly sized. No need to recreate the chips.

What program are you using to design?

Adobe Illustrator, and I’m still wet behind the ears on it.

I’ll have to mess around with those files then of all I have to do is open them up in AI and go from there (I’m assuming).

The 43 mm Cards Mold feel really nice
Samples sent to me

interesting, I'd be down for bounty chips with the larger diameter chips.
Oh now that's an interesting idea!!
I'm putting an order in with Tina this week for 39mm card molds - cash and tourney. Bumping the Bounty's to 43mm is a great idea. May see if that can be included in the order :cool

What do Tina Card Molds usually run if you go in by yourself and not through a GB? Also - how do people find her?

Hey Steve. The price per chip is maybe a few cents more as I'm not buying 20k chips. I'm also in the UK so not too sure how the shipping prices compare to the US.

@Kid_Eastwood , Any chance that you would add a 43mm red 500k chip to your 2007 Tribute set? Since that is the chip that starts to be oversized, it would be cool to have a 43mm 500k for those of us that have the 39mm sets.
