with all due respect i never got why some thought this set was so "super" (for lack of better words)
i was going to put it in the thread for chips that just dont do it for me....
but opinions vary and if we all had the same ideas and tastes the world would be one boring ass place!
And the prices of those items would be astronomical!

when were these Bellagio chips brought in and how often do they change them out? I am just wandering for future purpose if these chips get released into the public. I would like a cash set of this, but it might be a longs way even if they get release into the public.

Without quoting the message, I can't tell which Bellagio chips you are asking about.
That said, Vegas chips are changed infrequently. When chips are no longer considered "Live" (exchangeable for cash), the Nevada Gaming Commission requires the casino to destroy the non-live chips. Chips are never "released" to the public.
