For Sale Charity Raffle/Lottery: 600 CPC Rounders Tributes (CSQ Version) (4 Viewers)

I am raffling off my set of Rounders tributes on the circle-square mold (pics here: http://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/my-csq-rounders-pr0n.10193/)

100% of the money raised from this raffle will go directly to the Head and Neck Cancer research fund at the UW Carbone Cancer Center. This set retailed for just under $1k ($1.63/chip) when I bought it so I hope we can raise at least this much.

Entries are $20 each and you may purchase as many as you would like. Well, technically you may purchase up to 10,000 - N, where N is the number of entries already purchased

Each entry will get you a range of numbers between 0000 and 9999. Range of numbers will based on the total number of entries. Here's how numbers will be assigned:

Your name will appear once one the list for every entry.

1 entry? 1 spot on the list
5 entries? 5 spots on the list

I will then randomize the list and assign numbers in ascending order:

0000-0049 PCFer1
0050-0099 PCFer2
0100-0149 PCFer3
etc

**Deadline for entering is March 31st, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. Central**

Winner will be chosen based on the Wisconsin Daily Pick 4 Lottery from April 8th, 2016 (this will allow me to assign/post numbers, collect entry fees, etc.). If an unassigned number is drawn on the 8th we will continue with the daily drawings until an assigned number is chosen and we have a winner.

Once you enter I will PM you with my PayPal address and other miscellaneous instructions.

All PCF'ers are welcome to participate. No minimum post or join date requirements and international shipping is absolutely available.
