Question about the drawing ...
If I understand, you assigning a range of numbers per entry, to fill the 10,000 possible , based on total entries collected ..
In other words, if there are 200 entries, then every "entry" is 'worth' 50 numbers, but if there are 100 entries, then every entry is worth 100 numbers, if there are 207 entries, then entry/worth = 48.309 , rounded down to 48 numbers per entry, etc .. So that regardless of the # of entries, all possible lotto numbers, with possibly a few odd exceptions will be taken at drawing day ..

She wanted to let me know that her piece won first place in the Sports category for newspapers with similar circulation numbers! All in all, there were 2957 entries from 152 newspapers. Anyway, I thought this was as good of a place as any to share this cool news
