I missed the initial interest thread, but count me in for at least and maybe two sets. Maybe, just maybe I could get my group interested in something beyond hold 'em (though, I'd be up for being able to host a game with that right now...).

Updated design draft is HERE.

Key changes include:

* Tahoe Pitch & Roll (the people's choice!) has been added, replacing Draw2maha. Dramaha is updated to note drawing 2 max with an additional player
* Streamlined stud card designs
* Corrected Scarney gameplay as well as implementing a number of other suggestions from @inca911
* Various formatting fixes

I believe we're in the home stretch. I will give it a few days for final feedback. In particular I am looking for more eyes on items like:

* Typos and formatting problems
* Rule errors or incorrect number of players
* Inconsistencies

Thanks in advance! Barring any last changes, we'll commence the order commitments by end of the week!

"Archie" still has quotes around it. None of the other games are titled that way.

Tahoe pitch and roll explains that low card is the bring in but doesn't mention hi/low split and none of the other stud games have the low or high card bring in explanation nor do any of them mention antes.

I would change the scarney wording to “hand is fouled if failed to discard properly and in some forms if no hole cards remain” the key point to me is that the failure to discard will happen prior to zero hole cards. It also allows for a discussion on which rules to play, which I won’t get into.
Yes. This is better wording.

Only Icelandic rules foul your hand if you run out of cards. Ordinary rules your hand is still live. Canadian rules your hand is live but you can only call, not bet.

Looking great, I’m definitely still in.

And I’m learning Icelandic and Canadian rules.:tup:

Updated design draft HERE.

Reflects the suggested changes on Tahoe P&R and Scarney.

The Tahoe issues in the prior draft emanated from me not realizing that that is played hi-lo. I was trying to note what I thought was a non-intuitive bring-in, but that was just because I misunderstood the rules, in thinking about it I think who brings in is a basic-enough rule that I don't believe it's worth an additional note further cluttering the cards. Betting/position procedure can just be determined by the house and Abby99's cards or other published game rules remain a great resource for those who want that info. Similar for antes (added benefit: this doesn't cause problems for any of us savages who play stud with blinds in a mix in order to not further confuse our players :))

Archie remains in quotes because that's how the plaques at the Wynn list it and those remain the inspiration for this whole project!

Love that youre doing this.

but why is Holdem in there ? Not trolling I swear

And what is RAZZDEUCY? I’m intrigued

Haha I think it's in there to cover all the baseline forms of game, and I imagine many folks do include hold'em in a game mix. These cards are more meant for keeping track of a rotating mix vs. being a rule book of games.

RE: Razzdeucey, there's a few different variants that people play under this name. From my perspective the most common (and what is played in Vegas) is basically 2-7 Razzdugi, ie it's Badeucey but you're playing it in a stud dealing format instead of triple draw. https://www.countingouts.com/razzdugi-rules-and-basic-strategy/

Another interpretation would be that it's A-5/2-7 split using stud format. I think the latter is how WSOP dealer's choice and Abby's cards define it, but I think the Vegas style is a more interesting game. Abby's cards call the Vegas version RazzBadeucey. One of the reasons Razzdeucy it wasn't in contention for this plaque set is the different views on what the game even is...

Current interest list is updated in the 2nd post. I will keep this list up to date based on further feedback, and will calculate the expected cost based on the interest quantities. As of now it should be <$35 per set including shipping.

Are these going to Canada? I’m interested in one.
May need some advice on international shipping but Im willing to do it so long as I have a reasonable estimate of cost

Interested in one set if it's still possible to jump in.

Basically shipping a deck of cards? Pretty simple and not expensive at all.

I am around the Toronto area... if there are enough I would be willing to be a hub shipping spot for people in the Ontario area... not sure if there are a handful or what the deal is .

Shipping up here is insane so if we can cut costs by grouping the shipping, I am willing to help.
