For 4 days now i've been sending messages to both companies, and no response. I have even checked my spam folder!

Is there a reliable way to get hold of these guys regarding European shipping, as they seem highly recommended on here yet it worries me if they don't have good customer service.

I'm not trying to bad mouth either, just wondering about experiences with trying to contact them. Maybe i'm impatient!

Joe @ PGI is notoriously slow to respond sometimes, & sometimes it takes multiple attempts before he responds. The home market is not their primary line of business so sometimes we don't receive responses as quickly as we'd like.

Josh @ Apache typically provides responses much more quickly, but there have been some instances where he'll be on vacation or on a business trip and chooses not to respond to email while he's away.

Email Joe directly at palmimports@ aol.com and he'll get back to you pretty quick.

He was terrific with answering my questions and handling my order last week, and it was a small order.

He told me not to waste time with the website because he rarely maintains it, so we transacted everything by email.

Never had an issue with Josh @ Apache and only recently had some trouble getting ahold of Joe @ Palm.

Like it was mentioned before, Palm Gaming serves a different market primarily and we are second to that.

Ya same here. 15 days 3 emails. No response. Palm gaming. They were really quick to send me an invoice and I paid it. No word from them since I paid it though.

This was also the case for my last transaction. I waited a few days, emailed for a tracking number and the shipment was delivered the next day.

They just arrived in the mail. No call back but super fast shipping and custom work. Can't complain too much.

Do they ship out of Daytona Beach? I just got a shipping notification that I'm not sure about, but I'm thinking it's PGI?

Old topic but...

Regarding pgi
Best is to send a mail with what you need and ur adress. Usually u get an invoice pretty quick.
As they rather focus on larger transactions I try to make their efforts as small as possible. Never had issues

Thanks. Maybe folks get on the 43mm rack bandwagon with them now. From everything I've read, the PGI 43/44mm racks are the best fit for the sun-fly hybrid 43mm chips. Between the Iron Bank and Boardwalk, over 50,000 chips will be hitting PCF by early summer, and I'm sure a big percentage of them will be 43mm chips. I have no idea what PGI keeps in stock, so I figured I'd get in now, before they sell out.

Thought the same but I only really need one rack. Likely gonna post a WTB when the time comes and hope for the best.

I believe I'll have 3 extras, but I'm not sure if there's a way to ship singles safely AND cheaply.

Thank you. If it's not feasible, I'll likely go with the coin collection tubes for them and store them with the others in a birdcage.
