I'll merely say "they're far from the most attractive".

I'm blown away by the research, diligence, creativity, and attention to detail that's gone into these designs (documented here, worth a look for everyone) but the end result just doesn't suit (ha!) my tastes.

you should be allowed to thread crap

I'm generally against thread crapping but I do get a slight urge when a post has over a page of "thread fluffing" when it's clearly not even close to a decent deal. I'll never do it, but I'd be lying if the thought didn't cross my mind once or twice.

Why isn't this sold yet!?!111

100% - I even prefer casino very lightly used, mint chips are too hard to shuffle/handle, get fleabites and don't feel like you're actually playing in a casino.
if i have mint chips in play i tell my friends, dont be afraid to throw these chips around. VSU chips is the sweet spot

I'm uncomfortable being controversial but I'm gonna give it a try...

I don't care for Samurai Palace inlays. They look like bad black & white photocopies.
Not controversial enough. That whole lineup is pretty horrible. It has no great chips, but admittedly a couple that are decent. Colors are really dull overall, and spot progression is pretty bad as well. Inlay art is not the biggest problem, IMO, but it certainly doesn't help much.

Hopefully they feel good...?

Poker - taking money off the table ("going south") is fine, and if you didn't want them to put the money in their pocket, you shouldn't have lost it to them.
Chips - in general... the more photorealistic the inlay, the worse it looks.

Pocketing chips is not okay in large amounts or denominations. That's a cowards way. And losing chips sometimes comes to coolers or suck outs.
