Darts thread (3 Viewers)

I bought a Scolia system for my dartboard so if anyone has one and wants a game give me a shout.

This is a link to what a Scolia is. They’re pretty expensive. £700 for the “free for life” version or £500 for the subscription version.

My darts game is very different. I hung a board, hung a whiteboard for scoring, then made sure there were plenty of places to set down alcoholic beverages.

Red Dragon is owned by Winmau so the board is probably based on the entry level blade 6 board.

I’ve recently bought a Mission Samurai Infinity board and it’s alright. I prefer Bull’s Advantage boards.

85% tungsten darts should be good enough. The style of dart is pretty much whatever makes you comfortable.

I’ve recently moved from “bomber” shape to rear scalloped.

After work played another game and almost took out 157 (which would have been my highest ever). Hit the D5 instead of the D20. Fucker!!

I got my first 180 in a camera match last weekend and just grabbed tickets for the US Darts masters. Had a really good time last year and I decided to go even though the friend I went with bailed for next year.

Just took advantage of a darts corner black friday sale mispricing and snagged 4 new sets for $70 that retailed for close to $300.

I got a 180 on camera on Saturday. But I only needed 172 so I busted myself :ROFL: :ROFLMAO:

Is the US masters in Vegas this year? No doubt you’ll have fun wherever it is.

What did you bag in the Black Friday sale?

The office set up is now complete. I’m using Autodarts, which is a free program. I bought the cameras, the cables and 3D printed camera holders from eBay for £120 so it’s MUCH cheaper than the Scolia.

I love the office setup - though it's a good thing I don't work there.
  • Darts or finish the last report? Darts, every time.
  • Darts and a pint go hand in hand. I'd be drinking at work and not getting any reports done.
  • Drinking throws off my already terrible aim. I'd send a dart right through the computer monitor.
"Are the reports done yet?"

"No, some c*nt threw a dart and broke my computer. Want a pint?"

It is in New York city at the theater underneath Madison square garden.

This was the order from black Friday. I didn't get the Bulls as they went out of stock but everything else was shipped.

I have a couple Christmas orders coming from Japan, too. Need to start selling some of the sets I don't enjoy.
