I had this once and I think once was enough. I love trying new foods. Hell, I'll try about anything. This just didn't work for me. I think it was as much a texture thing as any.

We debated what was crusted on it and never figured it out. The dish packed a LOT of heat but there was also a sweet-ish flavor to it. It made me think of Chinese 5 spice a little, but the flavors were South American so I know that wasn't it.

Colleen and I went out for Korean BBQ yesterday. WOW.........excellent. The spicy kimchee was as good as I remembered from when I was stationed in Korea.

Easy and fricken delicious.

pretty much put everything in the crockpot at once. Even the frozen chicken. Cook on high until the chicken easily shreds. We also top it with chili cheese corn chips, cilantro, sour cream and cheddar cheese.
