When are you hosting a meat up? WOW.............Every few years I drive through TEN on the way to my dads house......just sayin.........

PCF'ers are always welcome. It's roughly 8 hours from here to Detroit, so I always recommend a stop for the night at Casa Zombie when I-75 is part of the route.

As for the meet-up, that will have to wait for @Ben . He has ample space and parking. I can only throw together 3 tables - and that's a very cozy encounter. My plan: When Ben hosts a meet-up, I tag on an extra day (probablly the day before) for a Zombie feeding frenzy.

You need to learn the "Clean as you go" technique. As she cleans, I go to work for 24 hours.

In your extended work-travels, you may be able to burn down the kitchen and have it rebuilt before you return home.

I have a bunch of the wife's family in KY 2 hours north of Nashville, wife's sister in LasCasass, TN and my cousin who lives in Columbia, TN...get @Ben on this shit.

Columbia is 30 minutes from my door, and right in Ben's neck of the woods as well. Ditch the family, and game on!

...or bring the family. Zombie Poker Club is ~50% female, and 15% degen. I stop short of calling it family friendly (some ladies like to say things that would embarrass a sailor), but it's far from a smoky backroom game. And meeting fellow PCF'ers is a bonus.

Don't forget to plan a "family" vacation around Bens meet-up.

Planning on 14-15 hours - just put it on. Injected it with beef broth and coated in homemade beef rub.
