My idea of happiness doesn't even need any cooking:
Good, real bread, good cheese and good wine. And raw garlic (not pictured).
Cheese is old Graviera from Crete, younger Graviera from Naxos and smoked "Metsovone" from Metsovo, Epirus.
Wine is my go-to value-for-money Rapsani, from the slopes of Mt Olympus, a blend of 3 varieties: Xinomavro (Sourblack), Krassato (Wine-Intended) and Stavroto (Cross-Blend).

I didn’t cook this obviously, but had dinner out with friends at our favorite Thai place in the area. Crispy honey duck with pineapple fried rice, which was all preceded by a large pot of tom yum soup, another pot of tom kah soup, a plate of larb, some satay, fresh rolls, and some other stuff I’m forgetting.

Here’s the last thing I actually did cook myself a couple nights ago, just a simple bucatini carbonara. I swear every time I make it I’m just shaving years off my life, but it’s so good.
