Made tuna steaks with a lemon pepper jerk rub, and a dash of lime. Over top tarragon lime brown rice, and sauteed squash!

I'll never understand the aversion to properly cooked meats. Why someone would get a beautiful tuna steak, then cook it to the point of canned tuna fish makes me sad. To each is own! I try not to judge. I cringe when people order steaks, especially filet, past medium...but they do it lolI'll never understand the aversion to properly cooked meats. I agree with MJ. My tuna steaks are basically seared on each side, rare in the middle. I lightly season with kosher salt and lemon zest.

Agreed. I prefer to cook my own. Honestly the only place I've had fantastic steak cooked rare, like cold in the middle rare, was sakuras. Which struck me as odd lolSadly, that is why you will rarely find me at a restaurant.
