Note: The prices are estimated based on best available knowledge. The main unknown is the freight cost from Matsui which may increase or reduce the price by a couple cents per chip at the most.

I would estimate the cost at 17,500 chips to be halfway between the costs at 15k and 20k or no more than $20 less on a 1000 chip order.
