Kind of reeks of someone just running up the bid price, with no real intention of actually buying any chips, in my most humble of opinions.

This is really weird because I know for a fact I read the 1575 bid first, and then said I was bowing out. The messaging/timestamp was being refreshed I guess I don't know.
