A store or vendor’s policy has to be legally enforceable.

Just because they say it’s their policy doesn’t mean you are obliged to follow it.

If you sign some kind of binding contract agreeing to a policy then they can try to enforce it.

But by the way, it’s my policy that by reading this message, you are committing to agree with all of my posts. If you disagree with me you owe me $1,000,000. If you don’t pay within 24 hours the penalty goes up to $250,000,000 and doubles every 36 hours after that. That’s my policy, mmkay?

2) none, I wasn’t in contact with the card room owner at all. Also, it’s McChiperson, not Chipperson.

You’re pretty misinformed about this whole buy, but seriously this happened like 5 years before you joined the forum, why are you so upset?

1) I don't have subpoena power. If the FBI wanted the receipts, it would take them about 24 hours.

2) If you had any communication with anyone who had any communication with the casino owner, there will be text, email, and phone records proving so. And you are all part of the same conspiracy.

3) If casino owner told Paulsons, "these chips are for special VIPs," but he lied and sold them to the "alleged scammers" 2 months later, that's a straw purchase. You're all liable for the same criminal conspiracy.

I’m confident I didn’t break any laws, and am I not bragging about anything. But if the FBI wants to get involved over a poker chip purchase I guess you’re right, whatever subpoenas they have would be executed promptly lol

You missed the part where you preemptively downloaded all the "evidence" in case Paulson or whoever decides to pursue legal action, and chose to wave that in everyone's faces on the very forum whose members you'd be helping get sued.

Any chance you ever address the antisocial / oblivious / ridiculous behavior I just described, or you just going to keep dancing around it?

lol, sure. They have a hacker guy that can twiddle his fingers on a keyboard and get any info instantly. I saw it on CSI Miami once so it has to be true because they can’t put lies on public television.

This is seriously like a 1940’s Superman comic plot, where nobody has better things to do than stop scheming poker chip collectors.

Do you dream about being contacted by law enforcement, and then you become pivotal in their interstate investigation, and eventually you are called to testify that you did indeed bring this mighty injustice to its knees, and that then you will be called upon to stealthily investigate and gather evidence on other forums where products are being misused, like the WD-40 Forum, the Duct Tape Forum (that shit is used for everything except taping ducts), the Off Road Vehicle forum, and maybe even the pinnacle - imagine investigating the Hamster Forum! What a feather in your huge cap that would be!!
