You need swag to promote the channel. Suckah Dealah shirts and hats would sell like hot cakes.

You guys have it all wrong on Robbi, by the way. Has she been checked for Cuban ancestry yet?

I don't think my channel is big enough for merch just yet, but SUCKA DEALA! shirts were considered, as well as Poker Jeezus banana hammocks

Forgetting that polygraphs aren't reliable, let's also factor in:

SHE chose the tester (way out in Vegas rather than in her LA area close to home which is....odd) and she selected the questions

I have investigated myself and found I am guilty of no wrongdoing
Like I said, the results of a polygraph are more reliable than anybody's so called "circumstantial" evidence uncovered thus far.

There's nothing strange at all about scheduling her test where she did. And how do you know the certified poly examiner allowed her to pick questions and what does that even mean? She was shown a group sample of questions?
Dead horse now but:
1. did she cheat
2. did she conspire with anyone on the stream
3. did she use a cheating device?
She answered no to all three and the lie detector said she was telling the truth, with a 1 in 1,000 chance of error.

if she cheated, those would be the question to pick?

Also nobody came forward to collect the $250k evidence bounty.

case closed. Did not cheat on the J4 hand.

Even worse, she hired a PR team who told her they "knew a guy" and told her NOT to take a lie detection test with anyone else (Persson and Ingram both arranged independent tests for her but she declined those). Then, the guy who performed the test she took created his LinkedIn profile the day before she arrived, and had a sum total of 4 connections when she shared the test results on Ingram's podcast.

I originally thought you were taking the piss when you were talking about her lie detector results.

I didn’t know anyone actually believes in those things anymore.

The circumstances of her taking the polygraph test make her look MORE guilty than not.

In the end, none of it matters. Garrets rep is ruined among many, as is HCL’s, Robbi and Rip are piece of shit humans, so I’m glad the money went to charity.

Robbi didn't select the questions as you stated. She participated in a pretest interview and consented to those questions. Much different.
James Hannah polygraph examiner..

Dude, they don’t work, the science is crystal clear on that.

The fact government organizations use them means nothing. In fact less than nothing since governments are more likely to waste resources on bullshit than anyone else.
I bet they work on those Germans who wear scarfs and hoodies at the table.

i was surprised as hell to hear the J4 hand discussed, in conjunction with their discussion on the Niemann situation, on one of my favorite podcasts today:

https://openargs.com/oa643-magnus-c...s-the-chess-world-exploded-now-hans-has-sued/

to summarize, andrew's interpretation of the hand is that the most probable explanation is "i screwed up playing this hand, it was for an awful lot of money, i did an unbelievably dumb thing, and then i said nonsense word salad to cover up the fact that i was embarrassed about getting stupidly lucky on one hand."

Buh buh but, she's cheating on her husband!!!

So apparently polygraph guy's primary occupation is that of a private investigator, not a polygraph examiner (though he does offer a polygraph services). He has been running a private investigation company in Nevada since 2001 called Eye Agency Investigations LLC, but has over 40 years of experience as a private investigator. He applied for a polygraph examiner license for that business in 2012, but it was denied by the licensing board in NV for some reason. So he applied for a private/individual polygraph examiner license instead, which was approved. I'm not sure what the implications of that are, but I found it noteworthy. During the hearing of his application, the polygraph examiners board had this to say:

"Board member Putnam stated he felt the board would not have the authority to grant a corporate polygraph license; however he would grant an individual polygraph license. Board member Putnam motioned to approve Mr. James Hannah an individual Polygraph Examiner license, and that the Corporate Polygraph Examiner license for Eye Agency Investigations LLC be denied. Board member Zane stated that the application was an LLC. Discussion went on with regard to a Corporation, LLC and an individual license and the liability. Board member Putnam stated that an individual Polygraph Examiner would be responsible for his own work, required to maintain a minimal amount of insurance, omissions and errors, which he would hold as the individual and licensee. Board member Uithoven seconded the motion which passed unanimously."

Anyone have any insights into why his business might be denied a polygraph license but they would allow him to have an individual license instead? And is this normal for a polygraph service provider to actually be a private investigation company that offers polygraph services on the side?
