I ordered a poker table 8 weeks ago and no updates at all. I reached out to them 2 weeks ago and they told me I had to wait until 8 weeks. And now it’s been 8 weeks, I’ve sent several emails to them and no one replied. The phone is always no one answered.

Is it a scam? I paid 1.5k and can’t imagine they just took the money and disappeared?

Can anyone help me to reach out to them?

You won't find their biggest fans here as they made trouble out of little for a well respected vendor here. Long story, but yes, they're definitely a legitimate business.

This is the my first time buying such an expensive poker table. So afraid that they are a scam business

What did they do?
I'm paraphrasing big time, but they pursued legal action against a very well known and respected table builder here about USB ports on their tables. Big hulabaloo that got eventually reconciled, I think.

Left a message with them today, will definitely tell them to contact you if they call me back anytime soon.

I am extremely pleased with my gorilla gaming table and with my experience with them. Customer service was great throughout ordering process. Had a minor issue with one leg bracket weld a couple months after delivery, they immediately shipped a replacement free of charge.

Not sure with OP experience, might be staffing/WSOP related demand as others have mentioned.

I was going to buy one and haven’t pulled the trigger as I’m more I interested in chips Lol.. @Frogzilla have any pics?

I’m very pleased with my table and my experience with them. And they’ve been around For more than a few years. Just take some deep breaths, they’re probably just busy. They’re good

they are legit, but quite likely in over their heads at the moment.
With the right tools and materials it doesn't/ shouldn't take all that long to build a quality table. 16weeks is absurd imo as 1 person can build it by themselves in 1-2 days.

Still no one answered the phone. I really doubt if they will get back to me.

IMO, I don’t care how busy a business is, at least communicate to paid customers about status and what they should expect for wait times.
Tough to argue with that.
On the other hand, when you tell somebody “you gotta give us 8 weeks” and then they call on the 56th day, and then again on the 57th day - I dunno, chill out? He’s got us (and the 500 tables at the WSOP) telling him this is a legit business - no need to be losing sleep.
