Meh. They ignored him for so long. Once it "blew up" with negativity because they ignored a paid customer, they finally responded. Keep the thread so they learn that shitty customer service has consequences. Hopefully they're more responsive in the future.

Speaking of WSOP, wasn't Rye Park Poker Gaming the supplier of poker tables before?

Edit: I see they advertise tables with USB ports as well. I'm guessing GG didn't send a C&D letter to Rye Park...

They ignored him for so long.
Did they?
shitty customer service
Do you know more facts than the rest of us? Look back at the first post - he said he contacted them at some point and they told him he had to wait 8 weeks. That doesn’t sound shitty to me.
On Tuesday night, he started this thread saying “now it’s been 8 weeks, I’ve sent them multiple emails and they haven’t responded.” By Thursday night it was resolved.
So I think this is a fair question - how often and how quickly does a company need to respond to emails, to avoid being labeled at shitty?

Who would win in a fight — a grizzly or a silverback?
upper bound for a grizzly is like ~1200lbs? upper bound for a silverback is ~400lbs.

silverback is almost as tall as a grizzly when the grizzly is on all 4, standing he's got almost double the height.

grizzly has murder mittens and sharp teeth, silverback has sharp teeth.

I'm gonna give it to silverback a bit on dexterity, but I doubt it'll help that much.

I'm not sure there is really an argument to be made here that the silverback has a chance.

Grizzlies are murderous balls of teeth and claws held together mostly by testosterone. A silverback wouldn’t stand a chance. I’m sure this matchup happened back in Roman times, so there may be a record of the battle. Thankfully society has advanced to the point these are philosophical discussions, but I’m betting all in on grizzly all day.

It is a simple facet that the thread title was ill-chosen, and likely to be prejudicial to the conversation, as well as leaving a bad taste in everyone's mouth should the answer turn out to be "No."

Posing the situation under a title such as "Is XXX a reliable company?" would have avoided those problems. There's a lesson there...
