Well, his money went SOMEWHERE. And if I wasn't getting a response, I'd be more than a little torked off, too.

I'm sure he will get his table, but his complaint is legitimate.
His complaint is absolutely legitimate. But he has repeated the complaint without listening to anyone’s informed opinions about what’s going on. Was just telling him to chill.

@bergs gave the most detailed explanation for their response times above.

I've also got one of their tables from a few years ago. Good quality, good product, good service. First table was damaged in shipping. I refused delivery, and they sent a replacement in short order.

He keeps saying the same thing. We answered his question multiple times. At this point it’s spam.

There’s a wide gap between a minor communication failure and “being a fraud”, which is the allegation put forth by OPs thread title.

Yes, I realize calling the company fraudulent at this point is premature. That's on the OP. But it would literally take someone at the company 5-10 minutes at most to look up the order and send a reply email with a brief apology and explanation for the delay. Honestly, it sounds like that's all the OP wants. Which is the least GG could do.

Fuck, sorry, no, my bad.

My liver cannot be extinguished. That’s what I meant.

I can leave the island. That’s cool. Do they serve drinks on the boat?

Agree or disagree: Kifer should be voted out. I mean, if it's a package deal and Bergs has to go too, then I say they both get to stay.
PCF couldn’t survive without me. That’s why they had to bring me back.

Escobar season has returned.

(I haven’t the slightest clue what any of this means. I’m from Connecticut)

Hot Take: actual gorillas are the actual frauds. They’re just big steroid-popping chimpanzees with a bad case of the Mondays.

Glad to have you back. Now, if we can only #BringBackBarrie then this party will be fully lit!

I bought a gorilla gaming table recently. Happy with the table and customer service experience.

1. This is this busiest time of the year for them, and potentially busiest ever for their company.

2. You are attributing a problem to the entirety of the company to what might just be a customer service rep dropping the ball.

3. I’d bet the customer service rep is waiting until they have an update to actually respond. Is that a good practice? NO, however they probably want to be able to reply back with “Sorry for the delayed response, your table is ready and being shipped this week!”

@Josh Kifer is a hot chick? I always had the impression he was some big hairy dude?
Picture a Sasquatch. Put lipstick on it and give it a vocabulary not to exceed 12 monosyllabic words. Also, it has a predilection to eat it’s own feces followed by small smooth round rocks that are indigenous to his home state of Iowa.

Lastly, the odor, it cannot be described using any analogy known to man. The nearest comparison is rotting durian after being stored under Andre the Giant’s balls as he works out having not showered in the previous 8 days, with just a whiff of spoiled milk and fresh potato.
