Even more so compared to Australia. I've never seen Paulsons or anything beyond coin inserts (long ago). First clay chip I ever held was my custom set.

I'm making a somewhat larger version, utilizing an ar10 charging handle to reset/cock the 'launcher', as (obviously) the spring loaded launcher has to be pretty strong to really fling these ceramics. Mag spring from a KCI 30 round mag (40cal) seems to be working fine for up to approx. 20 stacked ceramics. I tried a standard glock 17 round mag spring but not enough "umph". The current mag itself is out of schedule 40 pvc for my beta prototype, hoping to go aluminum with the alpha prototype. Although I was using a chunk of eigth wall rectangular steel tubing for the 'barrel', I've found that the imperfections with the import asian steel cause the ceramics to wobble upon exit.
