Are there usually malicious actors in these sales? eg. someone maxes out a purchase on the fracs - selling out inventory - forcing people to reorganize their order. When these guys' orders get cancelled, is inventory available right away?

Long way of asking - should I retry my original order repeatedly in case a bad order gets cancelled?

Good question since I don’t think the percentage limits are built in to the system or PayPal preventing someone from doing that. Though I don’t think people will be intentionally violating the percentage rules...because that would literally be with the sole purpose of messing with the whole process...

If that happened it would probably take Jim to manually cancel the order and “restock” the inventory. So however long it took to do that...

I think if it says a specific denom is out, it’s probably legit out. Having a second screen to check the sales thread and see if others are having the same issues may bring some comfort in shared struggles...

Pictures, Grand Opening chips and Sample sets have been added. The Grand Opening and sample set chips may bee added above the 2000 chips limit. This is very confusing with the grand opening chips. I tried to explain it as best I could, but if you have any questions, please let me know before the sale so there is no confusion.

What about the $100 chips? Is the base color the same?
In the OP the primaries look a little bit grayish next to the sec. which seem to be pretty black.
The colors from the picture of the sample set look pretty the same.

1. Where can I find shipping rates to Europe?

2. Have there been any recent(ish) comparable sales in terms of quantities, and did those impact the market more generally? Thinking about there being large quantities of mint Paulsons in circulation - could this affect e.g. the resale prices of the AS chips?

The resale of some of the AS chips is already being affected. They most likely have slight market correction coming.....look at how many are still sitting unsold in the classifieds over the past month or two. It has nothing to do with these chips as they weren't even known about at the time those ads came out. This the biggest set of mint RHC Paulsons to hit the market that I can remember.

No way the $1s and $5s are gonna sell out in an hour, and if they do I guarantee they’ll hit the classifieds in a week or two as the people buying them will be trying to fill out orders for hi denoms.

Snappers will likely go in the first hour, hopefully they don’t for you. I’m hoping to score a HU set 5/25/100 primary but realistically I’m sure the prime hundos will be gone after 1st hour. This new sale format of TCR is confusing indeed since the best denoms go super quick and it pretty much leaves others figuring out a math equation on the fly. I’m remember back in the old sales where the best denoms went in the first 10 seconds, but this new structure changes all that if your willing to buy more chips. Regardless Good Luck to all, we are fortunate to have this opportunity.

Fracs and snappers will go fast, I’m sure. Thankfully there are a lot of pink RHC chips out there to relabel, and I’d wager there will be secondary $500s left available as well.
