I may have missed it but did Jim ever post the actual colors of each of the chips?

I vaguely remember him saying that he was going to

???? Can you explain this? Have we been doing poker wrong all these years?

Maybe that’s a European or Canada thing
Some casinos have those denominations specifically for poker. USA casinos.

Jack Cincy has both $2 (for poker) and normal $2.50 snappers.

Aria, Bellagio have 2 and 10 and 20.

So, I was just asking if the Indiana Grand had any.

$2.50 chips are for blackjack mainly to pay for blackjack and aren’t used for poker. And $2/$3 chips aren’t normally used in play either but are used for the rake.

Yes. I'm aware what snappers are used for. Just pointing out that Jack Cincy has both a 2 (for poker) and and 2.5 snapper. That's all.

And I thought 2 and 3 chips where used for cash games like
1/2
2/4
3/6

But we're all getting wildly of topic. I just wanted to know if Jim saw any of the denominations I mentioned.

I feel like $2s are pretty common for limit games.

no but it’s a great point. Aside from I think one casino with $2s, we haven’t seen any “limit” denoms or drop denoms in any chiproom sale that I can remember. Maybe they’re not commonly used in his usual states?

Lucky Derby and Aces come to mind, both $2 and $3 denoms.… and the one with a tree on the inlay had a $2 (oak tree?)

Since I was a good boy today and took my wife / kids / grandkids out for Mother's Day lunch, I missed the sample set sale. Wondering if anyone who bought multiple sets might be willing to send one around for others to get a look at? If so, please put me on the list.

To be clear, not looking to buy the set, just get it for a day to look at, then send on to the next person. Seems like somebody did this for the Jack Cinci sample set.
