He was able to figure that issue out. I been waiting for him to post his fix to the forums but It's actually quite extensive and may take a while for him to write up.
In summary I believe His sensor 10 was not receiving enough volts to trigger the sensor. He had me measure mine to verify the output with a multimeter which we determined it was 5v required to set off the trigger. So he wired a AND Gate to give it enough juice.
He said it fixed it and hasn't had any issues since.
@jj_oldtimer you didn't get bit by the Deckmate bug did you? After reading my guide and fixing yours have you obsessed with these just as much as I have?
