I can add it to my DB group buy for the Outpost button if you want.

Actually it makes sense to cap the number of buttons at 28 which is a small flat rate box = $7.95. How many buttons you guys up to?

@Jeff @RowdyRawhide @Ronoh ? One of you guys has to be good for a button.

Gray edge, with dealer x4 and a pair of the squiglies as a separator? Or dealer x2 and milano x2. Either is fine.

Guys, we have 12 buttons, which is enough to finalize this group buy. Let's do it.

We just need to confirm any changes to the edge. I have ZERO creative design capabilities. Any ideas? Can someone do a mock-up? I will ask @p5woody to do one last final change once we have some idea of what the edge should look like.

What do folks mostly put on the edge?

I like @atomiktoaster 's ideas.

As for packaging, Im thinking I will just put two buttons in a standard envelope with some bubbles or wrapping = $0.48c (no tracking). If folks need tracking, then I need to look into how much more it will cost.

OK NO LAUGHING.

I mixed and matched some of P5Woody's other designs to get your feedback. You get the gist of it. Im sure Steve will put something cleaner together once we have finalized our ideas but as I said, I dont want him to spend time on this until we have a final version!

Can someone please do the edges. I have no idea where to start. TY.

Hatchet job aside, I really like this design.

This is a recipe for disaster. Don't do it. Plenty of searchable examples here of how it should be done.

Vac pack two buttons side by side, put in envelope? They wont scratch or move around this way. But the tracking is a problem if someone claims it wasnt delivered (not that we are talking a massive loss, ~$10).

I will ask brains what he is doing and replicate.

Padded envelopes at a minimum! and only for 2-4 buttons. I tape them to a piece of cardboard with painter's tape. Between two pieces if more than 2 buttons.

Padded envelopes for sure, first class package/thick envelope, irregular contents. Painters tape or saran wrap to a piece of cereal box or cardboard. Should be under $3. 49c should get you returned for insufficient postage, in all likelihood. @brains613 were you offering to ship as part of your GB?

FYI - Steve is working on a final design.

Just let me know how I can help. If I'm just reshipping, that's perfectly fine.

Guys, P5Woody is the man. He delivers! I'm really happy with this final design. Is everyone set to move forward? Perhaps Brains can let us know about pricing. TY ALL.

It's not quite there. The "Dealer" text needs to move up so it's centered between the lines. The lines themselves seem a little heavy to me, as well. Is there a mockup of the edge as well? The gradient gets pretty dark by the outer edge, so I'm not sure what to do with the edge printing. Black on gray might be tough.

I like these ideas. Make sure you guys print it out to see what it will look like (I made it so the size was 60mm, came out pretty nicely).

Brains is finalizing his GB in 3 days. Any other suggestions for @p5woody?

Here is the edge mockup. Go Steve!

@p5woody, did you mock up a white or gray edge? I'd be happy as drafted, but I'm wondering if it's the best option.

I'm leaning toward 3, maybe with a gradient that is lighter in the center, to give the text a bit of contrast.

I like how the dealer text is well contrasted in #1, but Im not a fan of the black ring when looking from the top. But I will go with whatever you guys decide.

Brains, once a couple of others weigh in we will be good to go. I'm happy with the final design and can't thank Steve enough. Looks pretty great and it will add some class to my game!

Brains will you let us know about final pricing & shipping? Do you need the Adobe files from Steve? Thanks for offering to help out. Awesome.

@p5woody - Steve, I printed out the image on a large piece of paper. Looks fantastic. You definitely have a talent. Not sure if it will be noticeable on a small button, but there is a ever so slight defined lined where the gray gradient fades to while, creating a circle around the button. Again, only if Im putting the image under a microscope do I find it. But Im not sure if its possible to make the grey gradient fade to white over a large area? Not worth changing though, just mentioning.

Oh and that vertical line to the left of the dealer text on the edge - is that the way the button gets printed, or part of the image?

TY all.

My vote is for #3

For the record #2 is my favorite but everyone seems happy. @p5woody great work you're the man.
