The preflop reraiser had bottom two pair on the flop and the drunk binks a 9 on the river to double

Three guys get it in on a KQ8 rainbow flop. Shortest stack only goes once, other two agree to twice on the side

Other two have set of Queens vs set of 8's!

First board an 8 hits the turn

The short stack mucks, the other two think they are chopping everything, the dealer too

But a player speaks up that the main pot was 1 time, so the guy with quad 8's gets all that cheese with his 1-outer. Sick game

Yeah, after losing 6-7 sessions in a row to the droolers (I have 9743 on an AT8 flop with two flush cards I don't have, I will call all pot bets to the river with only three clean outs, HURR-DURR!) it was nice to finally win some decent sized pots and manage to pull out a victory.

Hopefully this signals a shift back to where I should be against these lineups and the variance will start playing nice with me.

Lol, I'm a bit rusty on all my mixed games because I've been playing PLO solely. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again at the meetups though, will be a lot of fun and a welcome break from the daily grind.
