They fit in the Chipco racks and the cheaper ones I got off Amazon/eBay a decade plus ago

43mm above fits the rack I got off of @Spinettis Gaming
@TX_Golf_N_Poker that's what that last picture is of 43mm.

Had to run to work. That's the 43mm rack with the suits

Tallest Tina chips yet.

It would be a crime against chipping if we didn't make another one.

I'm juiced with the possibilities with Web mold ideas.

Do any of you have the template file for the web mold? Want to send to @timinater to see how my design would look versus the Greek Key mold.

Going to need more time with them. Bringing then to work to shuffle and compare

These web molds look phenomenal. If it weren’t for the nipple, I wouldn’t know they were ceramic from just pics!

I’m very curious to hear your thoughts on how they shuffle compared to the cards mold.

I have a layered Illustrator file that you could use for mockups (not final art). If you have Illustrator, you can swap out the base chip or the label.
That goes for anyone else...PM me and I'll provide you with a link to the file.

They do feel a little bit rougher than the other hybrids. Help with staking well. I am excited to get an actual set with all the colors. Going to do one set with semi gloss labels.

They shuffle better than cards mold.

So what does the designer need? Just the dimensions of the chip and the recess?

Yes, I believe the chips are the standard 39mm diameter or 43mm diameter, 3.3mm thick, like cards mold. I've kind of lost track now what the recess area are for each chip size because a couple sizes have been mentioned in the past. The label size should be a couple tenths of a mm smaller.

@SeanGecko can you reconfirm all dimensions for the 39mm and 43mm chips. Are they any different (even a tenths of a mm) than the dimensions of cards molds or no molds that designers have been designing for for years?

I know they're different than cards mold on height.
If you stick the cards Mold design and your good. Sticker size is same as the Greek.

All stacks of 20

Not sure about the 43mm dimensions.
Does that help.

I thought during discussion that we decided to go with the slightly larger 25.4mm label on the Web mold rather than the 24mm like the Greek mold.

43mm Webs are supposed to be a 28mm label. That's why I'm planning to go with them, for my fairly detailed artwork.

It was a long time ago and I don't remember.

Edit
I think I did executive decision since the 43 mm would have a larger size went with Dave dude as Greek for ease of use in the art.

There have been discussions and photos that the 43mm has a 28mm recess.
The 39mm chip has a 25.4mm recess. At least that is what I have been lead to believe.
I posted this earlier, but if anyone wants the Illustrator file for mockup only, let me know. You can change the base chip or label while keeping the mold looking correct.

I was also going by your post of this back on page 1. And this post from Sean.
I like it. I like the ring outside the sticker before we get to the mold.
Great work

But in the photo above, it sure looks like they are the same size as Greek mold. The larger label was one reason why I preferred Cap-Dash over Greek mold before this one was designed.

Hopefully the 43mm didn't change and stayed at 28mm.

Now I'm not confident in any of the sizing! :ROFLMAO:
We need confirmation, and soon!
@SeanGecko can you confirm the size of the recess on the 39mm web sample?
