So your house was built in the Middle Ages!?! That’s impressive. If I had one of those I would definitley add some dungeon accutraments just in case some players got out of line.

So your house was built in the Middle Ages!?!

The oldest houses in the neighborhood where I live were built late 1300 to 1500. Only the basements remains from that era, the houses on top where refurbished in 1600, 1700 and the latest in 1940. Today you are not allowed to made modifications to those houses are they are keep "as is" as heritage.
The original town was settle by 1317.
At a short walking distance; the oldest buildings that stand still are Château du Châtelard (built ~1295) and Château de Chillon ~1150)

One of my preferred bars, called the XIII, It was built around 1275

Sweet bar! I grew up in Edmonton, Canada, a city that’s barely 150 years old. I’ve lived in Zurich, Switzerland now going on 7 years, and stuff like this still blows my mind... eating lunch in the old part of town in buildings built some 300 years before Canada was even settled. Europe is pretty damn cool in that sense... I still sometimes have the feeling that I’m on a permanent vacation over here!
